Here's a great chance for everyone who is registered for the Tenant Portal to win some smart technology. We're giving away an iPad mini and there's nothing you need to do apart from be registered with the Tenant Portal.

We are inviting tenants to express an interest in joining our reformed tenant scrutiny panel. The panel will give tenants the opportunity to examine and challenge the way we deliver our services.

Scrutiny panel members will play an important role in bringing about positive changes to housing services. The panel will be responsible for examining and scrutinising different areas of the service. The role is varied and will involve taking part in team discussions, analysing performance information and challenging how we can improve.

We are also interested in setting up a ‘virtual’ group where a small group of tenants will be asked to comment on new policies and procedures, changes to policies and procedures, new tenant publications and general consultations via email or social media threads.

Atrium's tenant portal, myAtrium, is almost 2 years old - have you registered yet?

Once registered, Atrium tenants can use the portal to access their own rent account, report a repair and manage aspects of their tenancy – via phone, tablet or computer, 24/7. The portal also has its own app which is compatible with both Android and Ios devices, so you can access your My Atrium account on the go. It is already available via the App Store and Play Store – just type in MyAtrium from Atrium Homes to download it.

You’ll be asked for your name and homes address along with your email address and phone number and we’ll use these to set up your account. Our staff will run some security checks and if everything is on order create the account and send you your username and password. After that, you’re good to go!

Queen's Jubilee Colouring Competition

To round off the Jubilee celebrations, here's something for the children too. We're offering 2 prizes for the best crown in our colouring competition.
