Atrium Initiatives

Atrium Initiatives was formed in 2005. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Atrium Homes and delivers a number of complementary services:

• Atrium Initiatives is registered as a Property Factor by Scottish Ministers under the Property Factors Act 2011. It provides residential management services through a service called Choice Places.
• Atrium Initiatives is registered as a lettings agent within East Ayrshire and owns, manages and lets several properties at market rent levels. It does this under the banner of Choice Lets.
• Atrium Initiatives provides professional services to other RSLs and local authorities. In recent years it has provided development services, procurement and project management services, Finance and Interim Director services.
