Product Recall - Ideal Boilers
Aug 15: Contact has been made with all tenants who have an affected boiler in their home. Over half of the boilers have now had new new safety devices fitted by engineers. Ideal has arranged for the contractor, James Frew, to complete the fitting of all remaining safety parts and the contractor is in the process of contacting tenants to arrange appointments.
