Product Recall - Tower Air Fryers

We have been made aware that a number of Tower Air Fryers have a manufacturing defect which may result in overheating that under certain circumstances could pose a risk of fire.  The fault has been identified only within certain batches of Air Fryers manufactured between January 2022 and April 2023 and, although it has been deemed low risk by trading standards, Tower has taken the decision to recall the appliances as a precautionary measure.

The models affected by the recall are:
• T17023 Tower 2.2Ltr Manual Air Fryer
• T17061BLK Tower 4Ltr Manual Air Fryer 
• T17067 Tower 4Ltr Digital Air Fryer
• T17087 Tower 2Ltr Compact Manual Air Fryer

A small number of Atrium tenants received Tower Air Fryers as part of various initiatives within the past 2 years and we have written to those tenants directly.  If you own a Tower Air Fryer the advice is to cease use before checking whether you own one of the models affected by the product recall.  Then visit the Tower website for further information and guidance - www.towerhousewares.co.uk/pages/air-fryer-recall
