Executive team
Our Executive Team consists of three full-time employees who work closely with the Board and are supported by the wider management team.
Chief Executive: Shannon Watson CA(SA) CA
Shannon took on the role of Chief Executive in January 2022. Shannon has extensive experience in housing and has spent the last 13 years in senior management roles. She holds an Honours Degree in Accounting Sciences and is a member of both the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Scotland.
Director of Operations: Joyce McCroskie MA (Hons), MPhil
Joyce has been with Atrium since 2002. A highly experienced housing professional, Joyce has worked for several housing associations and a local authority. Joyce holds an MA (Hons) in History and an MPhil in Housing Studies from Glasgow University.
Director of Investment: Barry Lees
Barry has been with Atrium since 2019 and was appointed to the role of Director of Investment in January 2023. Barry holds a degree in Building Surveying from Napier University and has extensive experience within the Housing sector across all property areas.
