Permission for an alteration or improvement to your home

If you wish to make any changes or improvements to your home yourself, please first get our permission. By giving us details of what you want to do on this form, we will be able to review your plans and contact you about them.

So that we can deal with your request promptly, please give us as much detail as possible as well as emailing any drawings or plans and other documents noted below to info@atrium-homes.co.uk with the address of the property you are applying for in the subject line.

As a general guide, we will need at least the following:
1. Outbuilding (e.g. shed) - include plans and give size and details of materials used in its construction
2. Conversion - include plans and provide details of the room makeup both before and after conversion
3. Central heating - include plans, type of heating, manufacturer, number and position of radiators etc
4. Other changes - include plans and give us as much information as possible
