Atrium's tenant portal, myAtrium, is almost 2 years old - have you registered yet?

Once registered, Atrium tenants can use the portal to access their own rent account, report a repair and manage aspects of their tenancy – via phone, tablet or computer, 24/7. The portal also has its own app which is compatible with both Android and Ios devices, so you can access your My Atrium account on the go. It is already available via the App Store and Play Store – just type in MyAtrium from Atrium Homes to download it.

You can set up your account via our website (select the MyAtrium button, and then “Create an Account”) or via the app (select “Create an Account”) once you’ve downloaded it.

You’ll be asked for your name and homes address along with your email address and phone number and we’ll use these to set up your account. Our staff will run some security checks and if everything is on order create the account and send you your username and password. After that, you’re good to go!

Shannon has extensive experience of housing and has spent the last 11 years in senior management roles with Govanhill Housing Association and before that Albyn Housing Society in the Highlands.

Shannon says “I am delighted to be taking over the reins at Atrium Homes. Housing Associations are facing a few challenges over the coming years and I look forward to navigating through these with the senior management team and the Board.”

Financial Help Secured for Every Atrium Tenant

Atrium Homes has been successful in securing funding of just over £65,000 to assist its tenants struggling with soaring fuel costs. This means every household will receive a £50 payment towards meeting their fuel bills.

The Social Housing Fuel Support Fund is funded by the Scottish Government and managed and administered by the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA). It aims to provide practical support to social landlords’ tenants in order to help them to manage, or reduce, their fuel costs.

Atrium Homes is delighted to have been successful in its funding bid . As Operations Manager Mareta Greig explains “ We appreciate that with rising energy bills people are struggling to heat their homes and we wanted to make sure that we took advantage of the monies available through the Fund to try and support tenants with this”.

The project has to be able to be delivered by 31 March 2022. Payments of £50 will be made directly into tenants’ bank accounts and over the next few weeks staff will be contacting all tenants to obtain the necessary banking information and contact details to allow the payments to be made.
