Atrium Homes is run by a Board of Directors elected at the Annual General Meeting. The Board’s job is to set the strategy, policies and approaches of the organisation and to oversee its performance.

Atrium Initiatives was formed in 2005. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Atrium Homes and delivers a number of complementary services:
