Rent Increase Consultation 2025/26

This is the time of year that Atrium Homes needs to plan its budgets for the next financial year. We have now launched our consultation exercise with our tenants to gather their views on the proposed rent increase. All tenants will receive a hard copy of the proposal by post with those who have supplied mobile phone numbers and/or email addresses receiving contact electronically also. Tenants can give their responses to the survey in a number of different ways including online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/AH25RI.
