COVID-19 – FURTHER PRECAUTIONS
Emergency Repairs Only
From Monday 23rd March, our Atrium Property Services staff will be carrying out Emergency Repairs only. We are still establishing the detailed position with each of our contractors but we anticipate them applying the same restriction.
To avoid any confusion, an Emergency Repair is something that constitutes a danger to life or limb or health and safety issue.
We will however, continue to record ALL non-emergency repair requests so that we can action them in the future.
Also from 23rd March 2020, we are reducing our presence in our office to a skeleton staff, with the majority of the staff team working remotely. We’ve taken this decision with two thoughts in mind; firstly the health and safety of our whole staff team and secondly the need to maintain services to customers.
Although we are maintaining a small staff presence in our office, we are still discouraging visitors and applying stringent access restrictions. Customers who do attend the office will not gain access but will be spoken to remotely via intercom.
At present, all our staff are well and have the facilities to work remotely from home. This includes our main computer systems, along with phone and email. The only thing we cannot do is talk to you face to face.
Some of our staff will still be doing on site walk-abouts to conduct estate inspections, with contactors and others. They will be doing this as safely as possible, maintaining a sensible physical distance from others.
If you see our staff on site and want to speak to them, please respect the social distancing policy and main a 2 metre gap.
