There’s nothing to see here just now, but coming soon this link will allow customers of Atrium to register and log in to the Tenant App or Tenant Portal, giving 24/7 access to our Housing System.
From there, customers will be able to:
- view up to date transactions on their rent account and their repair history.
- report a repair, or check on progress of reported repairs
- make a neighbour complaint and
- make a range of service requests; all of which immediately appear on Atrium’s system for action by staff.
