Tenant Consultation - Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

We recently updated our policy on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, which sets out how we put you, the tenant, at the heart of all that we do every day.

We’re also considering putting in place software which might enable us to communicate with you digitally by default. We want your opinion on this to ensure we continue to not exclude anyone in the way that we communicate with you.
