Sureserve wins hat-trick of repairs contracts with Ayrshire housing associations

Three Ayrshire housing associations have teamed up to deliver an innovative new reactive repairs service.

Ayrshire Housing, Shire Housing Association and Atrium Homes have joined together to appoint Sureserve Energy Services to manage their Reactive Maintenance Contracts across all three organisations for the next five years.

The alliance will focus on collaborating to improve services, share best practices, and provide a more responsive reactive repairs service for tenants.

Sureserve have delivered a high performing reactive maintenance service to Shire for the past four years meeting all performance targets while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction, and has supported Atrium on reactive and major works as needed for a number of years.

“We are delighted to be joining our partners in providing a new reactive repairs service for our tenants, Sureserve’s performance for Shire and Atrium has been exceptional and they are now bringing their expertise and professionalism to serve our tenants too. Tenants have been telling us they want a high quality, customer centred service and I’m confident Sureserve will deliver” said Ayrshire Housing Chief Executive, Lesley-Anne Junner.

“They have the right balance of value for money, experience and a track record in delivering a successful service.”

As part of the new contract Ayrshire Housing is putting improved customer service with timely and effective repairs, completed ‘right first time’ at the heart of the new agreement.

“Following on from feedback from our customers about their desire for a quick and effective repairs service, we are looking forward to working with Sureserve  who share our values in relation to customer excellence and excellent communication” added Lesley-Anne.

With the contract bringing economies of scale, partners are confident that they will get a better quality of service for tenants’ money and hope that it will open up employment opportunities locally.
