Change to Thursday opening times

We have purchased new housing management software called HomeMaster.

We’ll use this to record and administer all our day to day activities, from repairs and rent accounts, to complaints.

For the rest of 2025, staff will be heavily involved in both the set up and configuration of the new system, as well as extensive training and testing prior to going live in early 2026.

To give staff time to become familiar with the software and to test that it works in the best way possible for us and our customers, we are closing the office at 3:00 p.m. every Thursday for the next several months.

During this time, if you need an emergency repair, please call the office number 01563 528816 and you will be redirected to our out of hours service.
