We are aware that many of our new and existing customers are finding themselves in financial difficulties or may not be receiving all the benefits they may be entitled to.
To try and help, we have introduced a free Money Advice Service to assist our customers with the successful management of their income and outgoings. This service can:
- help you maximise your income by helping you claim the benefits you are entitled to. This includes benefit back dates, assistance with forms and appeal representation.
- offer you budgeting advice, support and aftercare. This includes helping you make the right financial decisions and providing information to access affordable products and services.
- help lessen the impact of Welfare Reform (The Government’s changes to the Welfare Benefit System).
