In the event of an out of hours emergency, tenants can contact our contractors using the numbers below. The types of incident which constitute an emergency include major fire damage, burst pipes, complete loss of power to the house, loss of heating in the winter or storm damage which requires action to ensure the property is wind and watertight.
Please only use the out of hours service in a real emergency. If the problem can wait until office hours with only minor inconvenience, then it is not an emergency. If tradesmen are called out to incidents that are not emergencies or are found to have been caused by you we will recharge the cost of the call out. The minimum cost of this is £80.00 + VAT.
