This section and related pages is aimed at residents who own houses within estates managed by our subsidiary Atrium Initiatives. By following the page menu, you can obtain more information on these services and the obligations which owners have for open area maintenance.
Below are plans of some of the estates/feuing areas we manage, including the areas of those estates that owners collectively have a maintenance responsibility for. Others will be added as they become available.
The adopted areas for which East Ayrshire Council is responsible incorporate main roads and footpaths in the estates and the Council's remit extends to litter picking, weeding, streeting lighting etc in these areas.
The open areas of the plans which are NOT adopted by the local authority are maintained by Atrium Initiatives on behalf of all owners in the feuing area, with the costs being recovered from those owners. Further details on this can be found here.
