Atrium is pleased to be actively involved in the provision of new housing for rent in a number of Ayrshire communities.

Nether Robertland, Stewarton
This largescale development of 64 units will go on site in the summer of 2010 and has an estimated completion date of winter 2011.  The development will provide a mixture of houses and flats for general needs,  bungalows and flats for older and ambulant disabled people and 3 bespoke wheelchair units.

Patrick Finn Court, Cumnock
Work commenced on this project in the autumn of 2010 and when complete will provide 24 general needs properties and 1 property for a wheelchair user.

MacDonald Drive, Kilmarnock
Work on the remainder of the for St Matthew's Primary School site is proejcted to begin in the summer of 2011.  The project will supply a further 42 houses and cottage flats units, including general needs housing, housing for older and ambulant disabled people and 1 property for a wheelchair user.

Old Station Road, Catrine
Work commenced on this 16 unit project in January 2011 and is projected for completion by late summer, providing a mixture of general needs housing and flats for older and ambulant disabled people

Riccarton West, Kilmarnock
As the preferred RSL partner of East Ayrshire Council and the Scottish Government  we have
been working with the local community to develop an indicative masterplan, which will provide direction on the overall regeneration proposals for the area, in the form of a mixed tenure housing development.  The number of units available for rent, managed by Atrium Homes, is likely to be in the region of 30-40 units and will in the main provide housing for older or frail residents with some amenity housing.
