Atrium has recently completed the following projects providing new housing for rent and sale in a number of Ayrshire communities.
Macbeth Gardens, New Farm Loch
The development consists of 28 two and three bedroom houses including 1 fully adapted wheelchair bungalow. McTaggart Construction of Dalry commenced on site end August 2006 and the project was completed by November 2007.
Glazert Rd, Hapland Mill, Dunlop
Atrium Homes worked in partnership with the housing developer, Dickie & Moore to complete this 12 unit flatted development for rent in a mix of one and two bedroom units for older and ambulant disabled people. The development commenced on site in February 2007 and was handed over in April 2008.
Finlayson Drive, New Farm Loch
Handover of this 54 house project began in September 2008. Built by McTaggart Construction of Dalry, the development provides a mixture of two, three and four bedroom houses including 2 fully designed wheelchair and 4 amenity bungalows. Twenty three (23) of the two and three bedroom houses were marketed for sale under the New Supply Shared Equity Initiative.
Shortlees Crescent, Shortlees
Atrium Homes was appointed by East Ayrshire Council as the preferred RSL partner to develop this site through the Housing Estate Regeneration Fund (HERF) programme. The development was completed in March 2009, and consists of 33 general needs, amenity and community care houses.
Allanvale, off Kirkland Road, Dunlop
Completed in summer 2010, Atrium has developed 24 properties for older and ambulant disabled people. We have encouraged a design that reflects the life-time homes ethos and the result is a stunning development in a picturesque location.
Amlaird Road, Onthank
Completed in summer 2010, Atrium has developed 19 units on this site, most for general needs but with 1 fully designed wheelchair bungalow. The development was designed by Hypostyle and constructed by McTaggart Construction.
Macbeth Gardens Ph 2, New Farm Loch
This project went on site early in 2010 and was completed in the late autumn. The project provides 8 units for older and ambulant disabled people.
Cameron Drive, New Farm Loch
This project went on site in the spring of 2010 and was occupied in November. The project provides 8 general needs cottages and 4 starter flats.
