Planned and Cyclical Maintenance

As a landlord, we carry out a continuous programme of improvement works to ensure our stock is well maintained.

This usually consists of cyclical maintenance and planned maintenance, in addition to the day-to-day repairs which are required.

We will let you know before your home is included in any improvement works and give you details of the types of works to be carried out and when they will take place. You might be asked to come along to a road show or meeting to enable colour choices and design to be discussed and you will be kept informed of the progress of all works.

Snagging – (This is the term used when reporting faults on new installation). If the problem is concerning a new installation such as new windows, doors or a new kitchen etc this will be covered separately under the Planned or Cyclical Maintenance.  Normally defects of this nature are reported weekly to the relevant contractor and are monitored by the Property Services Team until the defect has successfully been completed. If you have any problems with a recent improvement contact the Maintenance team  on 01563 528 816.
