Macbeth Gardens, New Farm Loch

The development consists of 28 two and three bedroom houses including 1 fully adapted wheelchair bungalow. McTaggart Construction of Dalry commenced on site end August 2006 and the project is anticipated to complete by November 2007. The total development cost is £3.4M

Finlayson Drive, New Farm Loch

Our proposal for building 54 new build houses has been presented for planning consent to East Ayrshire Council. The development consists of a mixture of two, three and four bedroom houses and includes 2 fully adapted wheelchair and 4 amenity bungalows. Approximately 23 of the two and three bedroom houses will be marketed for sale under the Homestake Initiative. The development is programmed to commence on site Spring 2007.

Riccarton West

As preferred RSL partner, in partnership with EAC and CS, we are currently working with the local community to develop an indicative masterplan, which will provide direction on the overall regeneration proposals for the area, in the form of a mixed tenure housing development.

The number of units available for rent, managed by Atrium Homes, is likely to be in the region of 30-40 units and will include an element of amenity housing for the elderly.

Shortlees Crescent, Shortlees

Atrium Homes has recently been approved by EAC as preferred RSL partner to deliver the development of this site through the Housing Estate Regeneration Fund (HERF) programme

Approximately 30 units may be developed on this vacant site and the units proposed will comprise a mix of general needs, amenity and community care housing, and possibly the provision of housing for sale under the Homestake Initiative.

Amlaird Road, Onthank

Atrium Homes has recently been approved by EAC as preferred RSL partner to deliver the development of this site through the Housing Estate Regeneration Fund (HERF) programme.

Approximately 20 units may be developed on this vacant site and the units proposed will comprise a mix of general needs, amenity and community care housing, and possibly the provision of housing for sale as part of the Homestake Initiative.

Hapland Mill, Newmill Road

Atrium Homes is working in partnership with the housing developer, Dickie & Moore, to provide a 12 unit flatted development for rent in a mix of one and two bedroom units for older and ambulant disabled people. The development is anticipated to commence on site in February 2007.

Allanvale, off Kirkland Road

Atrium is currently in the process of acquiring this site from East Ayrshire Council and will look to develop design proposals, in conjunction with the local community, early 2007. The development, in the main, will consist of housing for elderly and ambulant disabled people and we will encourage a design that will reflect the life-time-homes ethos.
