The Housing List is open at all times to anyone aged 16 years and over. All applications will be assessed and prioritised according to their housing need.

If you are interested in applying for a house, you should complete an application form which you can obtain by telephoning, e-mailing, downloading or calling at our office. If you have medical grounds which you wish to be considered, then you will also have to complete an application for medical priority.

You should complete and sign the form before you submit it to our office and once received it will be acknowledged within 2 working days.Your application will be assessed and prioritised according to Atrium’s points scheme. You can obtain full details of this in our allocation policy.

When an applicant is being considered for a property, a home visit will normally be carried out to go over the content of the application form and confirm the points awarded.

An offer will be made to the applicant who has the most points for the size and type of house available. You should also apply for housing to the local authority whose area you live in as Local Authorities can nominate applicants for our vacancies.
