The Development & Regeneration Department, headed by the Development & Regeneration Manager has responsibility for managing our programme of building new homes, identifying future development opportunities and implementing potential regeneration activities. This includes the provision of affordable housing for rent and sale in conjunction with key partners such as East Ayrshire Council and Communities Scotland.
Atrium is keen to provide a range of housing and house types to address differing housing need. The Team's remit is to respond positively to opportunities that help diversify housing provision and which encompasses family, older persons and specialist housing for community care needs.
