Corporate Services staff deal with a range of matters related to tenants and to other customers of Atrium. 

Our staff handle many different customer transactions on a daily basis, from receiving rental and rechargeable repair payments (ensuring of course they are all lodged in the relevant customer account) to processing contractor invoices and ensuring suppliers are paid.

The Team  provides key in house services to other departments of Atrium, monitoring spend and budget and providing detailed management accounts for consideration and action.  This service extends to payroll, timekeeping and absence management.

Staff also provide finance support services to Atrium Initiatives, our wholly owned subsidiary.
