Chief Executive - Stephen Black LL.B (Hons) FCIH
Stephen has been the Chief Executive of Atrium since July 2000 joining from a large Glasgow based RSL where he was the Head of Housing and Property Services. Stephen has extensive experience in housing and governance, holds an Honours Degree in Law from the University of Dundee, the Professional Qualification of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Head of Finance - Alana Durnin BA, CIMA
Alana joined Atrium in June 2011 from North Ayrshire Council, where she was the Commercial Support Manager in their Building Services Division. Prior to that, she was the Financial Controller of a private manufacturing company in Ayrshire. Alana holds a BA in Business Administration, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is currently working towards an MBA. 

Head of Operations - Joyce McCroskie M.A.(Hons) M.Phil
Joyce joined Atrium in 2002 from one of Scotland's leading specialist housing providers where she was Housing Operations Manager.  She is a very experienced housing professional, having worked for several housing associations and a local authority. Joyce holds a M.A. (Hons) degree in History and a Master of Philosophy degree in Housing Studies from Glasgow University.

Head of Investment - Celia Reilly B.Sc (Hons)
Celia joined Atrium in 2005 from another Ayrshire RSL, where she was Projects Manager with responsibility for development activity.  She has extensive experience working as part of finance and development teams in various social housing organisations in England and Scotland and with Scottish Homes.  Celia holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Social Sciences with Geography from the Open University.
