Atrium’s rules allow anyone over the age of 18 years (16 years in the case of tenants of Atrium) who falls into one of the following categories to be a “member” of the company:
Atrium’s tenants
Persons, organisations or community representatives from East Ayrshire including home owners in housing estates managed by Atrium; and
Business/professional persons or organisations with an interest in East Ayrshire.
There is no cost involved in becoming a member.
Our members have a real say in the running of the organisation and they are also able to attend and participate in the Annual General Meeting. They may also be able to stand for election to the Board of Directors or to nominate other members for election. Our Board has the ultimate responsibility for the decisions of the organisation so in joining, you have an ideal way to ensure that your opinions are heard.
