At present Atrium Homes has almost almost 1100 properties in ownership and a healthy development programme which has delivered nearly 250 new homes so far, with a further 100 either on site or scheduled to be in the next 12 months.

We operate in 8 towns across East Ayrshire but the majority of our housing stock is centred on and around Kilmarnock, the principal town of the district.

Although our primary activity involves the supply, management and maintenance of affordable rented housing we are actively involved in many other activities within the areas we serve, helping to make them enjoyable places to live and bring up families.

As a “not for profit” organisation any surpluses made on a year-to-year basis are reinvested in our housing accommodation and services to our tenants and other stakeholders.
